Zsofia Mehes – Soru Ceramics
A hands-on Workshop
In this session, using just your hands, we’ll shape clay into a set of two charming teacups, each with its own rustic character and handmade beauty. In our 1.5-2 hour session you’ll learn one of the oldest techniques in pottery—pinch pots, a method humans have used for over 17,000 years. With some simple tools, you can add final touches, textures, patterns to the objects making them truly unique and your own.
After the workshop, Zsofia will fire and glaze your creations in her studio. Within two weeks, your finished cups will be ready for pickup (or shipping). They’ll be fully functional, dishwasher-safe, and ready to bring a touch of handmade artistry to your teatime.
