Flavors & Aromas: Thailand

MiSA

Freshly back from three weeks in Northern Thailand, the MiSA team shares wild and organically grown teas from the mountains around Chiang Mai. Taste miang, the fermented tea leaves traditionally eaten in the north, a smoky green tea made by the Karen people, a wild black tea and Thai herbal infusions such as butterfly pea, roselle and bael. Chiang Mai sweets like kalamae and khao taen round off the afternoon.
